Welcome to DeutschTest.pro — a training simulator for German language exams in the Goethe-Zertifikat format.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website deutschtest.pro and the services provided through it. By registering an account or purchasing a Module Package, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
DeutschTest.pro is operated by Wjatscheslaw Larionow (Sole Proprietor under Russian law), Tax ID (INN): 550517616144.

2. What we offer
DeutschTest.pro is an online simulator for the Goethe-Zertifikat exams at levels A1, A2, and B1. It generates training tasks (Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking) using artificial intelligence, evaluates your responses, and produces a personalized report.
Important: We are not an official Goethe-Institut exam center and do not issue official certificates. Your results in the Modules don't count toward an actual exam — they are intended solely for self-assessment and preparation.
3. Registration
To use the paid features, you'll need to register with an email address and password. After registration, you'll receive a confirmation link by email.
By registering, you confirm that:
- the information you provided is accurate and belongs to you;
- you have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and (if applicable) the AGB / Terms and accept them;
- you are acting on your own behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all actions taken under your account. If you notice unauthorized access — let us know immediately.
4. Free and paid Modules
Upon first registration, we credit your account with 3 free Modules. This lets you explore the service before spending money.
For continued use, you can purchase a Module Package on the /pricing page. Modules are added to your account balance and remain valid as long as your account is active.
Payment terms, refund policy, and how the service is delivered are detailed in the AGB / Terms (the legally binding contract for paid services).
5. What's allowed and what's not
Allowed:
- Using the service for personal exam preparation;
- Sharing your results on social media using the built-in share buttons;
- Citing or discussing the service in educational or review materials with appropriate attribution.
Not allowed:
- Sharing your account credentials with third parties;
- Automated data collection (scraping, crawling) without our written consent;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain the source code;
- Disrupting the service, overloading it, or circumventing limits;
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or obtain extra free Modules;
- Using the AI-generated task content commercially or republishing it outside the service.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Service content and intellectual property
All elements of the service — code, design, texts, graphics, logos — are owned by the operator or used under license. Use of these materials outside the service requires our written consent.
The tasks, audio recordings, and reference answers generated within Modules are intended solely for your use within the service.
Your written responses (Schreiben) and recording transcripts (Sprechen) are stored in your account for history and progress tracking. We do not use this data to train third-party AI models.
7. Accuracy of results
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that AI-based scoring is as close as possible to the assessment of a Goethe-Institut examiner. However:
- the scoring is automated and may contain errors;
- a result in our service does not guarantee the same result on an official exam;
- the service does not replace lessons with a teacher or regular language practice.
Use the reports as guidance, not as a final verdict.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we don't guarantee 24/7 availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party provider outages (hosting, payment processors, AI providers), or force majeure.
If a paid Module cannot be completed due to a service-side fault, we'll either credit the Module back to your account or refund its cost as described in the AGB / Terms.
9. Closing your account
You can: Delete your account anytime via /dashboard/settings. This is irreversible — recovery is not possible afterwards.
We can: Suspend or terminate your account if you grossly violate these Terms or the AGB, attempt payment fraud, or upon legal request.
If your account is closed while paid Modules remain unused, their value is refunded as described in the AGB / Terms.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For substantial changes, we'll notify you by email and through an in-app notice in your account.
Continued use of the service after a new version is published means you accept the changes. If you don't agree, you may stop using the service and close your account.
11. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. For consumers ordinarily resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
EU Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but you may always contact us by email.
